Front desk staff was super helpful and patient with all my questions. Super clean. You can use your smart phone as a TV remote to minimize touching high contact areas. Check out was easy, drop the keys in the box, receipt emailed. Parking was my only issue. I use technology daily but downloading the app and understanding the process once I got to the garage was an issue. I called the help phone number and got answers, which I then passed to the people in the car next to me who were also having trouble. On the way out the QR code wouldn't scan. The attendant helped me and then went and helped the car next to me, having the same issue.
