No internet for the entire stay. When I checked on it earlier, they acted like it was news to them even though it was at least 24 hours without just in the time I’ve been here. When I checked on it tonight, the staff had a sign at the front desk that said they needed new parts and it would be fixed later. I told the guys at the desk 10pm on 4/10/24, that it hasn’t worked since I’ve been here, and he rudely just said, whatever, sounds conceivable. This hotel has just lost any future business from me from that rude ass at the front desk alone.
