Check in time is too late as we flew in at 11am and waited forever. After a 9hr travel time you want to shower and rest.

The staff were overall great. The 1 star rating was because after the first nights stay, my husband and I woke up covered in 20 bed bug bites all over our bodies. Not an enjoyable experience. That is the only reason I will not be staying here again.

Great location
Just outside of frankfurt, and great location for the airport. Grocery store is across the street... Restaurants are close to walk to. Road noice with the window open, but the AC works well enough not to need the window open.

We arrived early from New Zealand. The man in reception kindly allowed us to stow our luggage while we went into the city. On return we checked in and the other man on reception was extremely miserable. Perhaps a little smile training wouldn’t go a miss. Apart from that it was a nice stay.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED!
Staff was nice and helpful. I stayed two nights to be close to airport and because hotel advertised airport shuttle. On day of my check out to my flight the hotel said they had no airport shuttle and it was last minute airport taxi run, taxi driver charged me 20€ for what should have been 10-12 and I missed my flight :(

Friendly staff, good rooms, convenient location
It was a very comfortable stay. The reception staff were fluent English speakers which made up for my poor German! They were also very friendly. The rooms were well presented and modern and clean. The only downside is that my room came with 2 single beds pushed together but it was fine for my short stay. It is also conveniently located in Niederrad. Not too far away from the Airport and a short walk to the S-Bahn at Frankfurt Niederrad station. Would recommend!

Excellent Hotel for the Price
Good quality hotel at a very reasonable price. Good service and a quiet comfortable room. A 10 minute walk to a train station from where there are frequent trains to the airport and to downtown. It was my third stay there and it won't be the last.

Good choice
Nice and relatively newIy renovated hotel. I totally recommend it. I had the option with breakfast and it has freshly and decent options. The service was great and i had a very lovely lady i think called Ms. Veska. I wish they have more family rooms. It is ideally for travelers with their own cars. Free parking should not be advertised for this hotel as you can't find a free lot on the street.
