the hotel was just 2-3 minutes walk from Central Train station, but you have to balance out the cleanliness and privacy vs the convenience. I found the surrounding was a bit messy and dirty

Simple, but clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet! Personnel very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to various sights, for instance, the river promenade and the art museum. The closeness to the train station is also very convenient, but has the disadvantage that there are some less trustworthy people around. We had no problems, however.

Overall a fantastic stay at the Ibis. The bedrooms were clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was delightful. Do recommend if you stay at this property to exit the door, turn left and walk towards the water. Will lead you to a lovely spot and a short walk to old town!

The service from check in by Jovana was above and beyond. She is fantastic and so very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room made sure that everything was always clean very well organized. Our room was always made up after being out for a while.

Great welcoming by nice and smiling people! My room was tidy, clean and also very quiet, as well as it was the bathroom. Breakfast was fine, with a good choice of food and beverages. The hotel is just a few minutes far, by foot, from the train station.

Cheap but basic hotel
Very noisy room facing the street. We had loud music opposite until 3 am for two nights. Would do with bit more cleaning. Beds were ok, breakfast adequate. Good value for money, but it’s in a bit of dodgy neighbourhood. Basic hotel, you get what you pay for, don’t expect any luxury. Wifi was useless as well. Won’t rush back anytime soon.

中央駅から徒歩５分ほどで到着し非常に便利なロケーション。内装デザインもお洒落。シャワーとトイレ別。朝食は種類は少ないけど、満足なレベル。

Don't bother if you need a baby bed
We only stayed one night with a 7 month old baby. Our request for baby bed through Hotels.com wasn't forwarded to the hotel. The hotel staff did dig up an old, dirty baby bed for us though which they did their best to clean but the matrasse was too long and too narrow and in combination with a loose sheet, the whole thing was just a safety hazard, so we ended up bed sharing with our child. The room itself was very dated and basic but the good air conditioning was a plus during the hot night. The hotel staff was kind and did their best.

Great Location, Near Train Station
Very good location, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows. Perhaps it's off-season but I found the price very reasonable and the hotel was very good quality. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The stay was ok. The hotel was not as what I had expected. There was some repair work going. The common toilet if required was one level down n was v far from the lobby/reception/dining area. Also it felt v creepy as it was quite isolated. The rooms were clean though. The toilets were quite small.

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel is currently under some updating so there was construction noise. I am sure after that it will be an excellent place. The staff was helpful and a great breakfast is offered.Location is very convenient a couple of blocks from the train station. Short walk to the main shopping area.

Avoid this like the plague
The hotel itself was ok at best. My room had no aircon and they seem to turn the heating up in the hallways to about 30. You cannot leave the windows open because of the noise outside. One night a club over the road didn't close until around 3 so I had very little sleep. The area itself is appalling with open dealing and use of drugs, alcoholics and beggars. There are sex shops and strip clubs all round and prostitutes pestering you at all times of the day. I was brought up in a rough area of London and I can look after myself but even I felt uncomfortable at both night and day. Please avoid at all costs.

everything reasonable or great but cleaning staff.
the hotel front staff were great, but the cleaning staff would cut corners (just flip dirty covers and not replace them). That surprised me... it’s been years since I’ve lived in Germany, but I remember quite vividly the attention to cleanliness. The breakfasts were outstanding, and service staff were friendly. The beds were soft, when not on the hide-away. the only other thing about the hotel, while it was convenient for the Hauptbahnhof, it wasn’t a good location in Frankfurt. but for a budget hotel, it was convenient.
