Rosie's Place is perfect for families with 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin over double bunk bed, plus a spacious upstairs loft and downstairs family room with a slider to the large screen porch with table and chairs for six, sofa, coffee table, and 2 swivel chairs. The brand new kitchen with granite counter tops, butler's pantry, coffee bar, along with 4 barstools, a breakfast table, and seating for 8 in the dining room is sure to please you and your guests. Four bathrooms offer plenty of privacy with showers, hair dryers, soaps, and shampoos...all you need to bring is sheets and towels. Kids and adults will enjoy watching TV on a 75" big screen or playing games in the large loft featuring a sofa with chaise and large windows open to the tree-lined back yard. You can use this extra living room for sleeping with a pullout full size sofa bed, air mattress, and privacy curtains provided. Last but not least, the 2-car garage and mudroom with washing machine and dryer add convenience to your stay.
