The pool, which we used daily, was a short walk. The beach and numerous restaurants were only a 10 min drive away. The beds were quite comfortable and it was obvious that the home was lovingly maintained. Immediately walking in, the house felt like a dog friendly home away from home. Some houses advertise as dog “friendly” but seem more dog “tolerant.” You could tell that the home was welcoming to dogs with the sofa covers, water/food bowls, dog toys, etc. The house was spacious, clean and contained all of the amenities needed for our week away. It was an added bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards to be able to use. The dining areas were great for us to be able to eat together or play games at night. We also enjoyed using the screened in porch which had some really comfortable chairs and a couch! The community was a short distance from the main road and the beach.
