"DO NOT STAY HERE! Kids were running in the hallway until 2am. Upstairs the walkway felt extremely unsecure. It felt like you were walking on simple plywood in the outdoor hallway. Our room had a slant to it. The bed was a thin mattress on a metal trundle. The bed had only ONE THIN SHEET on the bed. We had to request a blanket from the front desk. When we checked in the front desk clerk had both airpods in his ears and mouthed the words "your id" to me for check in. A car alarm went off in the parking lot for over an hour around 2am. The only thing pleasant was the AC Unit. I will definitely do my research better on my next hotel stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Stayed a few years ago was budget but nice. Not anymore. First room smelt so bad we asked to change rooms. Staff were helpful and changed the room no problem. Second room was better but bed blankets had cigarette burns. The sheets were old with stains. We got some more fresh sheets but these were still the same with stains on them. But the Main problem bitten by BED BUGS during the stay. Shame as we have stayed here a few times with the last about 5 years ago, but after this experience I would never go back. "

"Great property and location! Nestled on the side of a hill overlooking the Pomona Valley, we enjoyed privacy and great views while having easy access to the freeway and all that SoCal has to offer. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, common areas were spacious, and the host was responsive and helpful to our needs, both prior to and during our stay. The private pool was my granddaughter’s favorite feature; mine too, simply by seeing her delighted! We will definitely book this property again."
