ATV rental available Walk to the main Tulum Avenue in 5 min, 10 min walking to the centre Free Parking 24 hour security New 7 year old building 200 MBS reliable wifi Part of Intima Resort - normally rents for almost $200 per night 10 ft high ceilings - great light facing west. Cold AC Wardrobe Kitchenette with one hot plate and cooking pan. Microwave and utensils for eating and cooking. Small fridge and freezer. Sink. Ideal to cook small meals/snacks. There is no work space for a laptop and office chair, other than the balcony chairs and table pictured. You have access to the whole complex, shared pool - as well as shared hot tub.
