"This house and location fit our group of 13 perfectly. The children especially enjoyed the zip line and rope swing outside as well as pool, chess, and board games inside. The house is spacious and had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. A couple minor things we called the property manager about were taken care of quickly and with a smile. If we ever get back to this area, we would love to stay again!"

"This was the perfect place to celebrate our cadet’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. We were so excited - and it exceeded our expectations. Each level offered something unique, and the space was perfect for our 15 group. It was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and only 10 minutes from the Academy. We enjoyed beautiful rooftop views of Pikes Peak, had a billiards competition, watched movies in the theatre, and prepared a spectacular celebratory dinner for our graduate and guests in the gourmet kitchen! We’ll definitely be back! "

"This lovely home had everything needed to keep our entire family of 18 happy (ages 1 - 73!). The home was nicely decorated for the holiday season with a beautiful Christmas Tree in the living room and other festive items spread about the house. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, game room and theater room. The outdoor activites were fun too. We played frisbee golf and soccer, and gathered around the firepit to make Smores. The kitchen was a great gathering place with its adjacent family room. We appreciated that the home was well stocked with everything we needed from a pack and play and high chair to pool toys and towels to frisbees and soccer balls to plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Having two full fridges and a mini fridge in the game room helped accommodate all our holiday food. There was plenty of space for those who wanted to get away from the family chaos to those who wanted to be in the middle of it! The home reminded us of the large family home we had when all our children were still at home. It's nice to be able to rent a place large enough so that we can bring all our children with their spouses and their children together for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We have a son in Denver and a son/daughter-in-law in Colorado Springs. We rented this home to be local to both of our children and their families and this house was the perfect location. This host was wonderful to work with, very communicative and amenable to early check in with plenty of notification. The house was the perfect size for accomodating all of our family plus a couple of friends that stopped by for a visit. Everything was pristine, well stocked and well thought out. The check out process was so easy and thoughtful as the host specifically does not task up the renters with a lot of check out duties. We always leave any home that we stay in as good as or better than we found it and these hosts made it sooo easy. We would definitely stay here and also recommend to other of our friends and family. "
