Valet parking only situation is horrible. No self parking requires you to valet your car, getting our car took 30-40 minutes each time. They advised us to call ahead of time which we tried to do but the line would be busy 90% of the time, just horrible management of that entire thing. In addition to the horrible parting the walls in the room are very thin, I could here our next door neighbors very clearly, also no black out curtains in the rooms so sun shines in on you first thing in the morning, sleeping was very difficult. Wouldn’t be staying here again.

Dear Rose, thank you kindly for the review. I'm sorry to see that you didn't have an enjoyable stay. We do requests for guests to give us a 30 minute heads-up for their vehicle so we can ensure it on the driveway by the time they come down. We do have to park off-site, and it does take some time to get the vehicle (hence we request to call in advance). In the even the valet line is busy, you can always call the front desk who will relay the message to valet. All of our rooms do have the black-out curtains, so I'll certainly look further into that, and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
