The raised ground floor comprises an entrance hall, living/dining room, separate kitchen, and WC. Upstairs, there is a landing, 3 bedrooms, and a shower room. A large basement includes a garage, storage room, and laundry room (washing machine). Kitchen equipment includes a vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and toaster. Amenities include a flat-screen TV. Leisure facilities include a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm), 3 single beds (90 cm), and a cot. There is a courtyard with vehicle access from the street and a garden at the rear of the house. The house is 90 m² and is located 450m from the south beach and the town center, and 600m from the main beach and the north beach. PAYABLE upon arrival: €600 security deposit for the rental, €150 cleaning fee, and tourist tax.
