It includes: entrance hall, WC, large living room opening onto a terrace and a garden, a fitted and equipped kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, a WC, a bathroom with WC, a separate shower. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine... Sleeping: 1 double bed, 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds + 2 single drawer beds. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue... Surface area: 110 m². NEARBY: 500 m from the sea and 600 m from the town center, bus station 1 km away and SNCF train station 6 km away, Rochefort thermal spa 15 minutes away. TO BE PAYED upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for the cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. The rental is granted for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
