Beau littoral, Quimper, accés à Concarneau en bateau....adresse à signaler à toute personne ayant un probléme de marche ou fatiguée car tout est de plein pied.... donc c'est reposant. Appartement totalement conforme à l’annonce, tres lumineux, tres propre. Idéalement situé : à 100 m de la mer et « Aux pieds » des commerces tout en étant isolé du bruit et du passage. Un vrai plus d’avoir le petit espace/jardinet exterieur bien exposé permettant les repas dehors et un vrai confort de pouvoir se garer dans la propriété. ##### Sandrine D.
