We booked a Swiss advantage room on Expedia with a king bed and paid for three guests. When arrived at the hotel room, we noted the bed was much smaller than a conventional king bed. When enquired at the reception we were told that the king bed that the hotel uses is 1.8m wide...
The hotel staff were courteous and helpful but could also used a bit more care and attention to give us a room with amenities for three instead of having the guests making the requests for extra amenities.
The room we stayed in had horrible water pressure. The cold water was fine but the hot water drips. Set up of the room was also a bit dated without USB charging etc.
Overall the experience did not live up to the expectation for a swissotel and we were very disappointed.
