The best part is the location. Service is good, and staffs are very friendly. Room keeps very clean. However, the WI-fi signal is too weak, You can't even connect the Wi-Fi in the bathroom. The mattress of the bed is not too conformable.

Overall decent hotel but my friends room didnt have hot water in the morning. The shower head is not comfortable to use.

Close to and lingnan tian di attraction. Kind staff. Wonderful room with a view. Just alittle peeve on the lifts. Had to change lifts to get to the rooms, especially when there are many people only one lift came to service the crowd. The bed is pretty hard, good for those who likes hard bed

Nice Location
The location And the hotel staffs are great. The few things i am disappointed. 1) The bed is as hard as rock, i hardly can rest well 2) i took the executive suite, but have a very poor experience. I been to many other hotel’s Executive lounge, their experience are the same, but, Swissotel Foshan was totally different. I took on Executive suite to excess to the lounges to be seperated abit with the main crowd especially my breakfast. This hotel doesnt serve breakfast at the Executive lounge at all. They only serve 5:30-7:30pm. I asked the friendly and helpful staffs, they say... the rest of the time they only serve softdrinks. Which other hotels serves Beer n Wine even at other hours. When i arrived at 2-3pm on the first day, the lounge was not opened yet, i am surprised..

About the Executive Lounge service, our happy hour serving time is 5:30-7:30 PM, which provide beer, wine, etc the alcohol drinks. We arranged the breakfast to Cafe Swiss with more variety from Executive Floor members. Hope to get your understanding. Once again, thank you for your experience sharing and my sincere apologies.
