Our guests who stayed in the basement bedrooms indicated the rooms were cold all night as there doesn't appear to be heat to the basement. The full bed in the room with the twin bed would not stay on the frame as it appeared to be a queen frame. The guest in this room had to sleep lopsided as a result. I don’t think we would stay again in the winter due to the coldness of the basement. "
