Beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only negative is the valet situation. When a whole hotel is checking out in the morning the wait for our car was like 20-30 minutes. The self parking situation wasn’t very clear either. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Nice getaway for the price I was surprised how little was n the rooms I expected maybe make up wipes or qtips or free water. There was water bottles for $5 and the streaming only worked sometimes. But I would go back

Our stay was a great experience…. Very convenient hotel to stay at if you have business at the Ft Worth convention center. It was literally a walk across the street.

Everyone at the omni was amazing. When I arrived I got super ill. However, they helped point my husband in the right direction for crackers and ginger ale. The room service was quick and fantastic and even though our plans had to drastically change, it ended up not as bad as it could be.

There was mold in our shower, drive a slightly larger vehicle and a valet member continuously tried to charge me $55 cash to park it for me. Continuously kept being told my vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage despite having parked a larger vehicle in it before.

We always choose the Omni whenever we stay in Fort Worth- the staff are amazing, the rooms are great and the beds are the comfiest! It was a super busy weekend in Fort Worth but the staff were as polite and helpful as always. Highly recommend this property!

The staff was amazing from the front desk, to housekeeping, and waitstafff. Excellent customer service even before we arrived. I received a text asking if there was any special accommodations they could make for us. We received an early check in and that fantastic service continued the entire stay. Well done!
