I checked in after midnight and the front desk clerk told me he could not check me in, 40 minutes later after calling his manager I got my room key. When checking out the day shift clerk tried to charge the room to my card even though I had booked and payed for the room through Expedia.

Excellent price, safe and clean!

I was very satisfied with the room, location, service and the price. There was no housekeeping for the 6 days that we stayed, but we were able to get fresh towels and linen at the desk. The breakfast is enough which consisted of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal packets, muffins, granola bars, oranges and apples. It was nice and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here if you are on a budget and are looking to stay in a nice environment.

Not What I expected

I was disappointed. Bathroom had mold under sink rim and tub surround. Queen beds were more like double beds. Good thing I was given a room with two beds rather than the one queen that I booked. Hubby slept in one and I in the other. I expected an extended stay to have basic dishes but I didn't even get cups in the room. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. Won't stay again.

This hotel was okay. The stay could have been better but it was convenient. For the most part we enjoyed ourselves. The water in the shower kept going hot then cold then hot.

Bathroom was not clean, beds were very hard, there is no maid service, and hotel staff was not very helpful.

We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. In response to your feedback, I will make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals as well as reviewing our room inspection procedures.
