Nice and quiet

I lost a watch and the hotel got back to me promptly regarding its whereabouts.

We will never stay here again. Poor management!!

Booked 2 rooms at Extended Stay America-Ft. Worth-City View. Booked through Expedia. Instead of booking online I called because the crew would not get there until early in the morning. Expedia agent stated that this was noted on reservation and everything was fine. We called the hotel when we got within 2 hours of arriving and clerk said all was fine. When the men arrived the clerk said we were not in the system even though we had confirmation email. When they showed her the confirmation she said that it meant nothing to her. So my crew had to sleep in the truck. This is not the first time the staff here have been rude. We are also not the only ones experiencing this at this hotel

Sucked

Bed was uncomfortable; bed skirt had sticky crap down the side of it; floors were also sticky (super gross); pillows didn't help at all...couldn't even tell I was using one...used my arm as a pillow; shower faucet didn't turn completely off so it dripped the entire time; they don't clean your rooms so we had to go to the front to ask for more towels; and they shouldn't even say they have breakfast cause it's not!! Never again!!!

Hotel staff Amanda was really nice.. Ask for her she is very thorough on charges and what the hotel has to offer during your stay..

Unhappy

I booked for 2 days and then cancelled after the first night. I was itchy all night on a uncomfortable mattress. I felt a bug crawl on my foot. I went across the street to la Quinta and it was wonderful for around the same price
