Very welcoming

The beds were hard, ants on The countertop, Wi-Fi was horrible, breakfast was nothing but 2 muffins, granola bars, coffee, and oatmeal, (All the good flavors was gone) but the staff was very very nice!..

This place is filthy. From the parking lot and landscape areas covered with cigarette butts, trash cans overflowing, trash bags with trash strewn around,empty cases of beer bottles. The room smelled like a locker room. The only reason I stayed was due to exhaustion after traveling all day.

Bed was a disappointment. In addition, there was no public restroom in the lobby.

Went through Expedia for the motel room got there at 8:30 and there was high school state finals in the area. There was a massive amount of people trying to check in with only one clerk, felt sorry for the guy but I was rejected because went through Expedia and had to go to another motel that was 15 miles away.

Filthy rooms, filthy public areas, the staff's idea of addressing problems is to write it down in a log book. The kitchenettes don't even have any cooking implements or dishes. You might as well go camping.

Terrible customer service!

Front desk attendant waited over 8minutes to even address my presence while on a phone call. Room tv remote didn't have batteries, called down to front desk and was told to come down to front desk. Once at the front desk the attendant said she didn't know where the batteries were kept all while still on a phone call! I could go on but just complete waste of time. I would not recommend to anyone!

Great location

We bought a home about a mile from the hotel and stayed there for 3 weeks. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating with one exception of a young woman who should be reminded that her job is to make every customer feel that they are special and that she is there to see that their Ned's are met. Unfortunately the caliber of the customers at this location has probably caused her to feel that she is there to see that hotel policy is followed and not for customer relations are important.

Rude staff, no housekeeping, weirdos on property

The hotel itself was in decent condition. I was there ten nights and housekeeping never made the bed or brought fresh towels. The male employees were friendly and professional, however the female employees were unhelpful to the point of being rude. For example, I was filling up my coffee and about to get a granola bar (the only breakfast items they had), when the employee picked up the granola bar basket and put it away right at the close of breakfast time. She didn't bother to ask if I wanted anything. Being a lower priced hotel, the some of the other customers just look sketchy and wander around the parking lot smoking. One of my female friends from the area stopped by for a visit, and I met her at her car and walked her back. I felt safe as a male, but I can see why females would feel uncomfortable staying here.

Completely Inconvenienced

I called the hotel before i made the reservation and was told i would be able to check in immediately. I made the reservation and went to check in and was told that there were no rooms available and no refund could be offered, the clerk called hotels.com to try to clear up the misunderstanding. We decided to roll my reservation over to the next day, where i was promised to be able to check in at 11. i get there at 11 and the staff says i cant check in until 3, i tell them how greatly inconvenienced i had been from the beginning and then they put me in the closest room to the front desk which i was not happy about. overall the stay was less than satisfactory, i will not be staying there in the future.
