Stayed over night during a cross country trip with kids. Didnt get to try breakfast or anything else since one kid developed flu before we arrived. Room was nice and spacious. Hotel and surrounding area looked nice. Would stay again.

Sliding door mirror was broken at the bottom Extra blanket had a hole in it and looked very worn Staff was very helpful and friendly Inside of hotel was nice and clean but parking lot area was a bit sketchy upon first impression Since I am familiar with the area and know it’s safe I was ok, but outsiders may not feel as welcome and safe

AMAZING
This hotel has been the best we have stayed in when visiting the area. We are in the area several times a year. I have been in the cleaning industry for 25 years 4 of which was in housekeeping management for a 266 room full service hotel in Wyoming. The only issue I found was under the soap dish in the tub (that area is often overlooked) while soaking in a nice hot bath. This hotel will be our go to hotel when we are up there for NASCAR or even the casino (58 miles away) in Oklahoma

I can't say anything negative about my stay. Parking was fine, lobby was clean and neat and well designed and staff was great. I got there early on Thanksgiving day and was hoping to watch the first football game in the lobby. I was given the key to another room to watch the game and when it was over, I went to my room at 3 pm. Very impressed of the quality of the room for the price. I was also impressed with the selection of real dinners and snacks for purchase and I decided to not go out to dinner and just stay in my room watching football and John Wick and eating some decent frozen meals. I'm very noise sensitive and their windows are double-pane so very quite. The place does not back up to any major freeway or busy streets which is one big reason I chose this hotel.

This place was absolutely terrible . Carl at the front was the only friendly staff. We stayed for a week business trip. During check in the older lady gave us a hard time because we paid with a company card and made us pay incidentals out of pocket because “policy”. My boyfriend said no problem so he would pay the $200 plus from his personal debit card , and the older lady says “well Let me tell you how much it is first because you might change your mind “insinuating we didn’t have money, AND after acting as if we stole the card we already paid with online even though we had on our company, clothing and badge with our names and company name. The breakfast was terrible. Bugs were everywhere, stains were everywhere, even after we had to switch rooms. The first room they gave us smelt terrible and they left an old roll of tissue and folded the ends as if that was going to make things better. The excuse was “they had a full house the night before for a truck show so they probably weren’t able to clean properly. I will be contacting corporate with a detailed message about this experience since it won’t fit here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
