There is a $13 one time fee for guest 4 and above Pool is open from 9:00am to 10:00pm Closed on Monday HOUSE RULES •Do not contact the leasing office for any reason. While we operate legally and with the building's permission, we're fully responsible for taking care of our guest. Please reach out to us for anything you need. •⁠ ⁠No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit. (Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside. •⁠ ⁠No Shoes inside the property. •⁠ ⁠No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays •⁠ ⁠No Extra/ Overnight Guests. This must be paid before your check-in. •⁠ ⁠⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues.
