Enjoyed this property. Pretty good vegetarian options. But weirdly they have no extra blankets for being cold. They did give us an extra small heater which worked okay but would have liked an extra blanket . Overall would stay again

The staff on reception and in the bar grill. Where very helpful and lovely. The room 406 had vlean sheets and towels however the carpet had stains, sticky, not hoovered. Milk pots left on floor from previous guests. Windows dirty. Furnishings dirty and dusty. Walls could do with a redeesh. Bathroom floor dirty.

We loved our stay! The room felt more like home than a hotel; it was spacious and comfortable, and there were all the amenities we expected. The water pressure was good, and it was so nice to have our morning coffee looking out over the river. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (laundry on short notice, and a cot for our toddler), and the restaurant was excellent. I'd happily come back to Inverness just to stay here again!
