We Enjoyed Our 1 Night Stay
It was really good staying there! We went because one of my good friends had an MMA fight and it was there at the hotel!! I was really impressed with how they turned a conference room into an arena, with the chairs and the big cage in the middle! Event went really good and checkout was at 12pm. My only complaint was that I went to get some snacks from the “Ramada Mart” around 1:30am and they were closed. So that was a bummer, you would think it stayed open 24 hours or at least til 2 lol. But that’s no real complaint, just giving guests a heads up. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 night stay and would recommend to others, it definitely was clean!

Room very clean and pleasant to the eye. My only complaint is the way the bathroom is set up. Toilet paper behind you and the door only opened 5/6 the way. It was cramped in there. Internet worked good. Bed was comfortable. Has a courtyard room, was nice to be able to walk outside without having to go all the way thru the hotel.

BUGS!!!
When I entered the room it seemed clean till I went into the bathroom. I looked all over the floor of the bathroom and there were dead bugs in the corners. When I went into the room it self, the floor had not been vacuumed because of the cookie crumbs all over the floor. When I went to bed there was another bug on the pillow. These bugs , I believe were Asian ladybugs. Maid did come in and completely clean the room again.

Room was dirty. Upon checking in, we were not told that our room would not be cleaned and given fresh towels every day. When we came back to the hotel the first night only to find that our room was not cleaned, we rang the front desk only to find the phone did not work. Went down to the front desk and we were told that they were supposed to tell us upon check-in that our room would not be cleaned every day because of the Corona virus and we would have to come down to the front desk for clean towels. Very annoying when you come back to your room very late at night only to realize you cannot take a shower because you have no clean towels! Shower was greasy and disgusting. Would love to speak to a representative at Ramada for a refund! Will never stay here again!

We apologize for the confusion about our services at our property. I can imagine the frustration after a long day. However, we do offer towels at the front desk for guests to pick up. It can be a challenge navigating these unusual changing times and new norms. For this we have implemented orange memos in the room, if an email is on file we email our safety procedures to our guests. We do inform guests but I am sure anyone can error from time to time; though we did add another sign at the check-in guest about our stay over service safety procedures. We are sorry to hear that you felt your room was not satisfactory. Unfortunately we will not be offering any adjustments to your stay.

The toilet ran all night long, and no one answered the phone when we called the front desk. There was hair on the bathroom floor that did not belong to us. Also, the fridge leaked, like they had turned it off for it to defrost and then turned it on before we got there.

The reason we picked this hotel is because we wanted to relax in the hot tub after a very fast busy day. We were not told at the time of booking that the hot tub was down. So we were very very disappointed.

The check in was great. The ladies were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we were awakened by very loud, intoxicated guests around 2 AM and it lasted for quite some time. Also VERY disappointed that when I called for room service pizza I was told the restaurant was too busy to do room service. WHAT??? How is that even a thing.

Overall good stay for the money. The hotel is near resturants, shopping and the expressway. The staff is friendly and professional. The only con to my visit, was that the sink and the tub had very slow drains.

Deposit for hotel room! We were not aware that we would have to pay additional money for the one night stay in the room. We had to take $100 dollars of what we planned to use on our trip and place it as a deposit on the room. Wish we would have been made aware of this as we would have planned better

This information can be found on the hotel site or in the 3rd party you booked through. We suggest always calling the hotel direct to check if there are any additional authorizations /fees. We do authorize a $50 hold at check in, which we release if you do not have any additional charges or damages. We have a $100 pet fee.

I was planning to get in the Hot Tub and it was Out of Order. The Toilet in my room needs to be new, it’s so old it flushes 5 gallons of water each time, takes 15 minutes to refill. When taking a shower it sounds like a bird chirping at you. I went to get into bed and stepped on something and I looked and it was a dinosaur Toenail from someone before me. Then I looked at my Bank Account and seen where the $50 Deposit was taken out and Noticed I had been Charged for a Nights stay by Ramada too when I had already Paid through a Third Party Hôtels.com. I contacted the Hotel and spoke with Beth from Accounting and she said that Both Charges were Reversed. As of Tuesday Afternoon my Bank has Paid thé Hotel for the Deposit as it Wasn’t a Deposit/Hold at all and the Hotel also was Paid another $86. I will be seeking Court Action. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!

An amazing stay for my first visit. Check in/out was very fast and friendly. Room was in great shape and very clean. Had dinner at the smoke house on site. The ribs were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Bed was descent. Breakfast was available for $7 and is the type of buffet that you get free in other locations. Shower was cold one morning and they wanted to just sent down a maintenance person at 9pm. Finally convinced them to switch my room. Shower was cold again the next day.

Everything was clean, and our room was comfortable. The entryway with front desk looks to have been remodeled not long ago and had a higher quality feel. The attached sports bar and steakhouse are attractive and good. My only criticism is that some of the common areas are dated and in need of a facelift. For example, the interior courtyard was surrounded by room wings that look like they haven’t been touched in a long time and look worn. The metal framed window wall separating the indoor and outdoor pools was noticeably rusted with pealing paint. Wallpaper was pealing at floor level of the hallway where we entered the room wing. Still, with some attention the place has a lot of potential and is conveniently located.

Super old and outdated. Went to go take a shower in the morning and either they were out of hot water or the faucet was broken. Turned every which way and still was cold. Housekeeping left a half used mouthwash bottle that they provide out. I almost used it and realized the seal was broken. The hotel needs a serious makeover.

HORRIBLE!!!!
My tv didn’t work, they cancelled the wrong room and wouldn’t credit me. No shuttle to airport when I asked 2x, another $30 there. SO disappointed! I spent $409 there for a horribly old, out of date hotel. It should be shut down or remodeled and their staff SO needs Customer Service training. Zero reimbursement or return phone call from Management!

Dear Kathy- We are sorry to hear you were unhappy. We work very hard to ensure guest have a positive experience. The statement above about your bill confused me. The folio from your stay is half of what you state above. I'm not sure if you are including another room or expenses in this amount. Or you could be viewing the authorization and charge as 2 separate transactions on your bank statement, it is only one transaction but some banks they may appear as two. I do see that you booked 2 reservations one direct with the hotel & one with Expedia. Usually you need to cancel with the party you booked with, so if you wanted to cancel the Expedia and keep the one you booked with the hotel you would need to call Expedia. Our shuttle service we require 24 hour notice. On our end we reached out to you to confirm a departure time for the shuttle. The last communication you told us you had to check your flight. We are willing to make exceptions when it's not been scheduled in advance only if we have a staff member available. Our hotel is older but our team works hard to maintain our property. We continue to invest in our property. Our team is friendly and demonstrates high standards of customer service. They say yes when requests are within our ability or policy, and when needed they do go above & beyond. If you would like to contact me directly please fell free to contact the hotel.

I would not recommend for a woman business traveler. You did not get to your room through the hotel lobby. There were beer bottles outside the entry I was directed to go in and the room was old, dingy and frankly a little scary when traveling alone.

The attached Sports Bar / restaurant was perfect for a quick dinner after a long day. No need to leave the property. Breakfast was a decent buffet. Eggs, Sausage Biscuits and Gravy, Cereals and fruit. I would stay here again. (I had a one night / business travel trip)

Booked a suite. The commute was far from the main entrance. The suite was set up as a studio apt which was nice. Downside, bathroom wasnt clean, worn carpet. And the leather pull out couch was bare. Maintenance however was gracious to bring bedding and make it up. Breakfast was ok

Nightmare that won’t go away
Terrible stay, first room was dirty there were crumbs and a fingernail on the nightstand and the air conditioner did not work (3rd floor room during the 100 degree heat wave). Second room was tolerable, we weren’t going to be in the room much. 5 am there was a fire alarm and we were evacuated until approximately 6:45, no fire.... it was “a maintenance issue”. No compensation for our completely restless night. Upon receiving our credit card bill there was a 250.00 dollar charge in addition to our nights stay, spoke with hotels.com and they attempted to resolve issue. The hotel states we smoked in the room, no one in our party smokes. They refuse to refund the charge so now we are going through our credit card company to dispute the charge!!!!! Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or camp somewhere, avoid this hotel like the plague!!!!!!!
