Was a really nice hotel. Only complaint is the pool was closed and after 3 day of being in a car we really wanted to use the hot tub. Only reason we booked was for the hot tub.

For the price this was just average. Breakfast NOT included, toilet area had a stain behind the seat, and I found some hairs on the toilet and tank area. I expected more for the price

The hotel was run down. Dirty floors , paint chipping, broken holder for toilet paper unknown persons hair in the bath tub and missing and moldy caulk around the bath. We arrived late and were very tired so we stayed anyway. The beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly.

Arrived 4 pm. Checking in time was at 3pm. Room was not ready until 5:30pm . We were incredibly late to a wedding and they didn’t took accountability for the lack of hospitality. Real shame for the Hilton brand. Not coming back ever, not recommended at all.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds, with 3 adults. Due to circumstances an early check in was not possible which was ok, but a 2 queen room was confirmed. Upon check in there were no. rooms with 2 queen beds. The employee stated the hotel was over booked and she couldn’t do much. We ended up in a 2 queen room with no sink to wash our hands. There was also no heat in the lobby. The evening worker CC did her best to make us comfortable

The room was unspectacularly average; there was no "do not disturb" sign, the shower dripped endlessly (and on a metal base sounded like a gun going off after hours! They did send a maintenance man but not fixed!), had to go to desk for more toilet paper, tissue, bathroom sink/floor could have been cleaner (stains on wall paper, on counter, etc). Very nice staff who all tried to provide good customer service (and they did), but one manager (??) was very abrupt, unfriendly, and curt when we needed something.

Had 2 rooms on second floor. Both had very strong odor of Mold. Noticed mold on/in air conditioner in both rooms as well as in bathroom. Typically have always had wonderful experience at Hilton, just not this time

I read so many reviews before booking this hotel and I was surprised no one commented on the smell of the rooms. The first room we had smelt like sitting wet towels. I wasn’t going to say anything, but when the receptionist asked how the room was my friend mentioned the strange smell. Quan, the receptionist, was kind enough to let us check out another room. The second room was worse it smelt like mildew and there was a giant chunk of wood missing in the door. We decided to stay with the first room. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn’t very clean, and the room was stuffy. For $150 you could book something nicer downtown, that’s what we’ll be doing our next stay! Save your money!

Love the interior of the bathroom as it also comes with bathroom essentials in dispensers; it smells nice and rinses well too. The digital key is a plus, very convenient; it, however, sometimes didn’t work smoothly more so because of the app but still good overall.

Staff was great and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were actually pretty comfortable even! The only disappointment was the hot tub was down. That was a big reason we booked this particular hotel. The parking is kind of small and a little confusing but manageable. Our stay would have been perfect had the hot tub been working.

Easy family stay
Nice, easy stay. Things were clean and orderly. Unfortunately hot tub was awaiting a part and was down but the pool was operational and good. Only wish breakfast was included in the stay. $14/each for breakfast is a little costly for a family. It did snow overnight during our stay and the staff was great about getting walkways cleared and even provided us a brush to borrow to use on our car.
