Perfect location, right off the expressway. Check in was very easy. I stayed for 1 night before the eclipse. The lady behind the desk gave me a bag of microwave popcorn that I popped the next day to take with me to view the eclipse.

Excellent desk staff. Checked in with our small long haired dachsund was easy and clear On the way to the total eclipse of the sun, they have decorated for it! Casual continental breakfast included.

We like that it was close the the airport. The morning desk lady was very nice.
Things that we did not like: Someone had been in our room previously and sat on the bed and used the toilet. There was not any shampoo for us to use and 1 small bar of soap. There were only 2 washcloths and 2 towels for 4 people. There were not any cups and no ice available. The evening lady seemed annoyed, but she did help clean the toilet.

It smelled like musty Arabs and like an Indian restaurant, there was boogers on the bathroom walls, went to use tissue in the bathroom to blow my nose and the tissue paper smelled nasty. Like throw up. Don’t recommend. The breakfast was a nasty muffin and granola bar. Not worth the money. Weird people hanging out in the hallways or sitting on the floors. Third floor which we were on someone was smoking in the hall way. Don’t recommend and will not come back again.

It was not a good experience. No housekeeping was done. Couldn't get extra clean towels. Dogs barking all night I was there because I was having a lung removed at Lutheran Hospital couldn't get any rest. There was not a hair dryer in room either

When under dog reservation and paid in full and arrived and was charged more again for a dog. No breakfast as allocation started, mold on shower curtain, over all wasn’t clean.

The hotel desk clerk was very accommodating.
Our reservation while confirmed via this website, we were informed that there were no King size rooms available.
We were offered a Queen size room, which we accepted.

This is my favorite hotel in Fort Wayne. They gave me a comfortable and clean room. It is convenient to travel between the hotel, restaurants and Kroger grocery store.

The toilet wasn’t working, it smelled of smoke, there were so many drunk people out in the hallway yelling, we checked out immediately and went to a different hotel for the night

We booked a 2 double beds room, but got a single bed room when we checked in at 9pm. Was told nothing they can do, live 4 py in a double bed or refund us. We need to get up eat next day, do not have time to find another hotel. We ended up one person slept on floor. We booked the room a week ago, no one called us about it. The worst service and experience in the past 30 years.

Room was poorly swept and debris swept out into hall. Pillows were covered in plastic and terrible to sleep with,bed was hard, thin linens and covering, furnishings old and showing signs off tearing and warping, bathroom floor was warping up and dirty, stained bathroom sink, I had no idea how run down the place was going to be for $100 a night

Brought my 5 lb pup and if they even try to blame me for any of the spots on the carpet or the spots on the bed skirts (ick) they will have a fight on their hands. This place is in serious need of a redo. Someone obviously almost started a fire on the stove so the molding is burned and there are burns on the kitchen countertop. The rug looks like something from a horror film. The kitchen Floor looks dirty and if I weren’t so tired, I would simply leave, but only staying for the night. Thank goodness and never again.

The property itself is okay, but in the morning as I exited the elevator, the clerk checked me out. I wasn't ready to check out as I needed to do lots of coordinating on my phone due to the accident I had the night before that severely damaged my car. Because she checked me out very proactively, I couldn't access wi-fi. I had already used a ton of my data the previous night due to being stranded on the interstate...she should have waited until I turned in my key and indicated I was ready to check out. I was not happy and probably will never forget that.

Horrible hotel!
It was terrible. First it says free breakfast, they packs of oatmeal, coffee or tea only. Second I asked for clean towels, made go upstairs and bring them the dirty ones. Then tell they didn't have any clean ones yet. Had to wait until the night to get some clean ones.

We liked the convenience to the doctors office which was close.
We did not like the outside noise, party outside rear of hotel by what looked like a group of construction workers also staying at hotel.
Basic, aging hotel with no services or hotel shutt
The remodeling has not made it to the room I stayed in. It was a throw back to the 70's with old everything, small bed, thin pillows and blanket, furniture that had seen better days, not a cup in the room and tiny towels. Breakfast was coffee/tea and instant oatmeal. Uber would not pick me up from there to take me to the airport and there is no hotel shuttle despite that being in the details of services. It felt like I was staying in a hospital with the banging and clanging and loud noises from rooms and the parking lot all night long. It was clean and was adequate for a one night crash. Restaurants are over a mile away and hard to walk to with the highway on and off ramps on the busy road. There are no sidewalks.

Great location near multiple restaurants and I-69, but removed enough to be quiet. We appreciated having a full-sized fridge as we were traveling with a cooler full of food. Front desk clerk was very friendly and attentive.
