The kitchen opens into the dining area, which leads directly to the spacious living area. Bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar, ideal for enjoying a nice meal and good conversation. There is no way the owners would stay here. The closet in the front bedroom needs drywall work, the shower doors in the back bedroom all but fell off many times, and the drip pans on the store were so bad that one of them caught on fire the first morning we were there. The Vacasa rep brought us new drip pans that we had to replace. The beach is really nice and so is the area. It was right on the beach & had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only negative was that our check-in was at 4:00, but the cleaning people did not get done until close to 5:00\. Besides that, this condo was perfect. ##### Haegan T. From the location, to how the unit was decorated, to the amenities, and the cleanliness was all wonderful!! Having the swimming pool right by the condo was great! I was afraid that it would be noisy but it wasn't. Being so close to the beach was so convenient and having the two chairs and umbrella available was even better! We tipped the guys who set up the chairs for us each day at the end of the trip. It is not mandatory, but they were so kind. Don't forget to have a bag or backpack to take things to the beach with you. There are two folding chairs in the condo to use later in the evening that was so nice. I would recommend this condo and I will definitely be going back! Thank you for such a great trip. The restaurants and area was also very safe and comfortable to be out walking around. All I can say, is take the vacation and STAY HERE!! ##### Reni M. ### 6/10 Okay #### Secret H. 16 Jun 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### It was just OK Some of the power outlets didn’t work and the hair dryer looked like it had overheated and was partially melted. Every morning we had to wait or ask that our gate be unlocked by pool staff so we could access the pool. They treated us like children and we felt like they were watching every move. On our last day someone knocked on our door about 915 am and asked if we were about to leave so they could clean. That just made us stay until exactly 10\. ##### Secret H. We went to a local store and purchased pans, a spatula, and supplies. There was not even a can-opener. There was also not enough dishes and silverware for our party. We asked for early check-in and were dismissed out of hand -- Even though we had arrived and looked at the room and could tell that is had already been cleaned and it was ready. Walton I loved how easy it was to access the beach and beach service. The washing machine unit was very helpful. I was surprised that no washcloths was in the unit but provided plenty of towels. We did see a few bugs early in the mornings. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything we needed. The walls could had used a good wash. Other than that the unit was very clean. We loved being right next to the pool but hated that we didn't see the ocean from our patio. ##### jody s. It sleeps 8 people comfortably. However this condo had a cockroach issue. Killed quite a lot of pests and found a HUGE roach that came from the master bedroom, not to mention in the bathrooms ( both of them) , in the silverware drawer and crawling the cabinets . Called the people over the condo and their response was get some spray and we will reimburse you bc they couldnt spray while we were there. Walls and curtains were dirty. Roaches in kitchen and bathrooms. Air conditioner kept freezing and 4 days later repair man came at 9:00pm. Do not recommend. ##### Lori C.
