The patio sits to the right of the lazy river. The beach is only steps away . Convenient to everything. Each bedroom was nice. Two bedrooms had its private bath. The third bedroom used the hall bath which had a shower (no tub). The kitchen was nicely stocked. Enough silverware, large fridge, plenty of plates. However, I have learned when I travel to take my own stock pot for cooking large portions because most places just carry a dutch pan. B102 carried only the dutch pan. The master bedroom's bathroom had his and hers sinks across from each other which I never thought about but it was wonderful to be able to have a side to myself. The laundry room is large enough that we put the 18 month old in the pack and play for naps and nighttime. and the bunk room is next to it. We brought an adjustable shower rod and curtain and used it to separate the kids and keep it a little darker. Worked great. The children were ages 6, 3 and 18 months. The common area (den) had comfortable seating. We have always stayed at Waterscape and chosen the bottom floor. I believe this one is the best. I will always try to get this condo. ##### Ann C. It was barely hanging on in the frame. I wish I would have taken pics, but I wasn’t thinking about it. This is one of the best locations, being steps away from the pool and beach, but it needs updating. There was clear water damage along the bottom of the cabinets. The floors were okay. We stay at waterscape at least twice a year (for the last 7 years) and this is worst condo we have stayed in. One of the tvs in a bedroom couldn’t be turned on, it has major heat coming from it. The couches are very worn. I would go with b100 or b104 until some updates are made. It was clean and had nice options for seating outside. The master closet also had some spare lamps, pack n plays, ect. It would be nice if that was cleaned out and people could use that space to put luggage. ##### REBECCA P. B102 had nice outdoor patio seating. It came with lots of sand toys for the kids and a couple of boogie boards. It didn’t have any foldable beach chairs which should be a great add. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom. The king size bed slept pretty good but the dang sheets weren’t deep enough for the mattress. That was super annoying because every night a corner of the fitted sheet would pop off the corner of the mattress. The two pillows for sleeping looked like Eucharist wafers at a catholic church. Overall it was a pretty solid condo with a great location but it just needs a little help here and there. It does have a Keurig but in the photos it looked like it only had a coffee pot. ##### Adam T. All the humidity monitors malfunctioned and going off for over 30 minutes after showering first full day at the condo. Maintenance came by but didn’t come in to check or repair. Said to call if it happened again. Well it did. It happened at almost midnight the same night when maintenance is not available. Security called maintenance and relayed to us to unplug the fire/humidity alarms. I asked if they would assume responsibility if there was a fire while the alarms were deactivated. I said I need the property manager to call me immediately the next morning. The next day I had to ask again for the property manager to contact me. Not the best impression. They had maintenance come and replace all the monitors and fix a broken shower door. Did not get a follow up from property manager to make sure all was fixed and satisfactory. HUGE clump of hair in the washing machine drain right under a sign posted to take lent out of dryer. Haha! Roaches in unit. Kuerig needs to be cleaned/descaled so don’t buy K-cups…hopefully regular coffee pot is clean. Neighbors above us smoked \*so much\* marijuana everyday and blared their own music unattended from their balcony. Basically we paid for a roof over our head, a view from the patio and that’s it.
