Our designated space was occupied already and was told to park in the fire lane or another spot due to all the spots being taken and the construction happening around the building. Woke up in the morning to orange tow warning stickers all over my brand new vehicle. Property manager did respond and said they was sorry for any inconvenience. They would figure out something asap We checked in early Thursday morning Saturday they came yp with a refund of 91\. This is completely unacceptable for a rental and being on vacation you shouldnt have to clean your own room. I would not recomme d staying here. Read all the reviews there is several stating how tjis condo is. The owners need to find another property manager and cleaner. I have a cleaning business in alabama and clean rentals this stuff that was not done and the condition of the place should not be rented. NO AC OR ACCESS TO BALCONY Upon checking into our condo, we noticed there was no AC and no access to the balcony. The thermostat would not work, and the room was hot. The balcony was under construction, it had no railing so we were unable to use it. When booking this condo, the amenities listed an AC and a balcony. It took us over 4 hours to get in touch with someone to come look at the AC. HORRIBLE communication through Vacasa. By the time someone came out, it was after 8 PM. He told us this unit has trouble with the thermostat/AC frequently… and that the AC had frozen. The soonest he could get someone out to fix it would be the following day. Clearly, no one was sleeping in a condo they were promised AC, with no AC. So we were told we could be relocated, but it would take a little while before someone would contact us about relocation. Thankfully, we were heading to dinner anyways. Around 10:30 PM, I finally received a call about being relocated to a new condo. We were able to settle in and finally enjoy our short weekend stay.I highly DO NOT recommend this condo. The communication was so poor, we were scared we wouldn’t have a place to stay after leaving for dinner. They immediately changed the door code upon us leaving, before we had been relocated to the new condo.We were promised that we would receive a refund for that first night, but I have yet to receive a refund or an email confirming that. We just checked out yesterday, so I know this can take a few days. If anyone stays here, good luck! ##### Haley H. I feel we went at a peek time and it wasn’t cheap. The pictures listed must be old because everything is dingy in the property. The moment we arrived and looked throughout the property we noticed how dirty the walls and everything seemed. The spare bedroom carpet was so dingy we didn’t want to walk barefoot on it. The walls were covered in smudge marks and an unidentified brown smudge mark was on the closet door. We found numerous items left behind, vape and a nail kit. The kitchen baseboards looked worn and dingy. Marks all over the walls. The master bedroom fan couldn’t go above the low speed or it rocked. One of the sliding mirror doors were off and resting in the closet which made for a huge eye sore and couldn’t use that side. The bathroom tub slowly drained so we had to stand in our dirty water as we showered. As you sit on the toilet, be prepared to have your knees touch the wall. It’s a very tiny space and anyone over 6 feet will struggle. This may be ok for some young group of kids that won’t be staying in the residence long, but for our family, who doesn’t keep our home looking like this, is very disappointed. More so, because I was told management would come out to fix some of the issues but then never heard anything else. The parking is also terrible. We weren’t told where it was located so when we arrived at night, we had to drive around the property. Then to have to maneuver our large ford explorer in the awkward space. The view from the unit was great. BUT my entire family was shocked at how DIRTY and ill kept this unit was. I read a review from July of this year in which the occupants said the same thing basically....I thought that the issues would certainly be addressed before our stay in October....but no it was not. As the person in July noted the carpet was really really dirty and stained. So dirty I looked for and found a vaccum and vacuumed it. The vac was a wind tunnel type and it was disturbing the amount of stuff it was picking up. The other floors were sticky and dull. My daughter in law spilled some ice in the floor and wiped it up with paper towels which turned brown!! This was when we were just settling in. So no we didn't make it dirty. My husband and I asked for a mop from the management which they did bring by and mopped the entire unit except for the carpeted bedroom. The mop water was almost black. The shower in the 2nd bathroom had long black hairs stuck to the shower walls (none of us have black hair) and the shower liner was left dangling in the middle therefore making it impossible to close. Housekeeping might miss a hook, but not 3 in a row.....we took the liner down and rehung it. My husband and I were at this point , not shocked that the fabric shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. It had suspicious brown smudges and splotches and didn't smell pleasant. The second bedroom closet door fell on my husband the evening we checked In when he opened it to put his clothes in.....the person reviewing this unit in July said the same thing happened to her daughter!!!! WHY was this not fixed?? Someone could get seriously injured. The fabric couch and loveseat were so dirty that We spread paper towels on it to sit down. We were so disappointed and disgusted that this property management co. has let this unit sink to fleabag hotel standards....Lord knows they don't charge fleabag hotel rates. I noticed splotches on the coffee table and wiped it down and yeah...it was dirty too. Under the dining table I found a piece of desiccated meat and also a good sized chunk of bacon. Neither was wedged behind or under a table leg. The manager of the property said they would refund me the cleaning fee. My family and I are just so disappointed.... ##### Teresah C. The place was clean and neat. A couple things that we didn’t like were in the master the bathroom is too small. I am a 6’5 guy and I was almost hitting my head on the ceiling in the shower. And when you use the restroom you barely could close the door because of the spacing. We also were expecting like most condos to have a pullout couch in the living room and it wasn’t. Kitchen was very small and no wash room which was the worst part. Also didn’t like our parking spot because it was almost impossible to back out. When we go on vacation we like living as close to home as possible and this was a step down for sure. Wife washed clothes at the end of hallway and had 8 to 10 big cockroaches in the laundry room and some were even in laundry room. This is obviously not the owner of this suites problem but it does affect the property as a whole. Once you get into the place and relax it’s definitely nice but those were our big takeaways from this place and we travel a lot.
