The condo was in a great location with a nice view of the water. The pool was well-maintained and nice to use when we weren't at the beach. The complex was nice and quiet, even over the 4th of July weekend. The condo was clean inside with plenty of towels to use. The space was small, about the size of a hotel room, but it was comfortable even with 4 of us in there. There was a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator which was handy to have. The queen bed was very comfortable. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi the first day but I called the tech support number and they were very helpful and stayed on the phone with me until we were up and running. The Vacasa staff were extremely attentive and were in contact with us before and during our stay to make sure everything was going okay. A couple of small things we think could be improved: The mattress on the pull-out couch had stains, as did some of the bed pillows. The linens were clean and crisp though. The decor was very out-dated, one of the lamps was even held together with green duct tape. A couple of the large kitchen bowls were completely cracked and unusable. It was difficult to get hot water in the shower. We found one spot on the faucet that would give warmer water but it wasn't hot. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
