Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the ‚Äúheartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Discounted snowbird rates are available. Please contact us for details. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. There are only two working eyes on the stovetop. The secondary toilet doesn’t flush properly and runs loudly constantly. Mattresses are hard and squeaky. Would totally stay here again once they give it some TLC. Waterscape was great! Grounds were clean, pools were maintained, grills were cleaned every morning. With that being said, I’ve read several reviews about furniture, needing updating toilet seats needing fixing, etc. and I expected this to be done prior to my arrival. The shower door in the master would not completely close. The couch and chair were tired and could use replacing. The map given at check in was not very informative. The pools and lazy river access a huge perk!! Good views ! Beds comfortable , condo is spacious !! Upon arrival we found things that needed repairs and the general up keep seemed to be lacking . The furniture in living room , couch was busted down on one side so the couch sank at end , the chair in living room is faux leather and has been peeling badly , not much to look at . Both shower doors in bathrooms would not shut , one of the outlet covers was off and just had the outlet sticking out . The kitchen faucet sprayer beauty cover was coming off , and the light fixture was falling down , the kitchen had only one glass ( which we bought red solo cups ) and no pot holders . We had a great time but did feel the condo needs some refreshing for the price ;-). The balcony was amazing and the views were great! ##### Angela H. Couch and chairs have very thick, heavy staining, I covered with a sheet to set. You can see the transition of what should be white grout to black! As reporteded through previous reviews, the bathroom doors and toilet need fixed. The fact that they choose to neglect reviews, I have lost respect for this company. Other bookings are much more fabulous for the same price! If you are not going to listen to filed complaints, then cut the price and state as is. ##### Amanda C. Let me say it didn’t start out great in going to find the B building we hit a Hugh Pothole which is on the access road that goes straight into the parking garage. Very thankful for AAA services but still ended up having to purchase a brand new tire of $258 on a brand new car that I have a 2022\. When I reported it I was told they have nothing to do with the road on their private property. Not easy access from the front to building B and it wasn’t explained very well how to get to building B cause the map was in the unit not sent via email. The shower door in master bed doesn’t close all the way, the kitchen sink doesn’t shut off and the faucet sprayer is broke. On a positive note!! It was very clean great access to beach & pools!! The view was beautiful this was our second year coming and those minor things won’t stop us from coming back!! ##### Alexis O.
