The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass-top table with bistro-style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations with a TV. The open living room houses a comfortable sofa with a queen sleeper couch, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. The ones in the unit have the Teflon coming off. Other than that everything was great! I'd definitely recommend this unit for families and would not hesitate to stay here again. Condo average. Pros: The property and pool area of Waterscapes. Convenient location to pool and beach. Large, spacious bathrooms. Cons: Lack of condo amenities…only given one trash bag for 8 people. Kitchen and bathroom toiletries were very sparse for 8 people. Sheets and blankets were thin and uncomfortable. Appliances were old and outdated. Overall, I loved the property but would for sure pick another unit in the future. Not the condo owners fault, but the majority of the parking lot was blocked off making the trek from the garage super inconvenient. Vacasa continually communicated with us throughout the stay, asking us if we needed anything. We asked for a trash bag and were told they could not provide one, which was comical to me considering the amount of texts we received checking in. Condo was nice, did see a few roach bugs in kitchen and master bed was sagging in the middle horribly uncomfortable. If those issues were fixed it would have been perfect for us.
