Grab some coffee and step out to the balcony for some sweet sunshine in the morning, and then head inside to the well-equipped, full kitchen to make some breakfast. Dine together at the adjacent table, then slip into your swimsuit and head out for the day. Shared amenities at your condo include a gym if you're feeling energetic, as well as beach and oceanfront pools, if you're feeling like a chaise lounge is calling your name. I loved the size of the condo. Each room had its own large bathroom with shower and tub. There was also a set of bunk beds to sleep in. The condo was super clean, which is the #1 priority in my book. The pools were great. Unfortunately, the lazy river and the kid pools were not heated this time of year, but we really enjoyed the hot tubs, the main pool, and the super close beach access. The beach is AMAZING. The kids loved the bunk beds. The regular beds were not the most comfortable, but they were not the worst either. Please pay detailed attention to the listing - while there is a coffee maker, there is no filter or coffee. Also, bring your own beach towels. We thought those would be included, but just one set of bath towels were. The property management company was nice though and gave us some extra after we asked. Vacasa contacts you often to check on you throughout the stay, which is a nice touch. I did struggle with the identity check, which they require before arriving and ended up on the phone for more than two hours so stressful beginning. Clean, plenty of room and everything we needed to be comfortable. There was even a high chair which came in handy. A helpful tip for others considering renting it - it does comes with 2 beach chairs but does not have a beachfront view BUT don’t let that stray you bc you can still see the beach some and honestly it was worth the savings for us and we still enjoyed the patio bc it’s super easy/accessible to the elevators to get right down to the pools/beach! Beds and couch were SUPER comfy! The Vascasa process was top notch customer service too for check in and out -loved that feature! The kitchen is very stocked with all you could need and there is honestly a ton of great restaurants across from the resort you could even walk there! My only take or leave it suggestions would be to add a door+ tv to the bunk area, add some beach items to the storage closet, maybe provide more trash bags for longer stays and also the beach chair situation could use some small improvements! The pool temps were chilly at this time of year but kids still enjoyed it and for adults the upper pools were warmer and they have great areas for grilling even could bring our cornhole boards down! Parking was so easy and no problems at all more than enough spots! To elaborate on the beach chair situation it was a whole process and honestly unpleasant sometimes esp early in the morning not due to the company that helped (they were great and deserve a BIG shoutout for being nice and helpful) but was mainly due to some of the other condo goers taking advantage of the chairs saving whole sections/spots. I will say I love how they set it up in a big U shape so everyone has a view of the beach that was cool and different! Overall beach chair take away is small parties renting the condo it’s worth getting chairs but large parties it’s not worth going down early for chairs during busy fall break and we just made our own area with a 25+ group everyday on beach! ##### Lindsey F. Comfy beds, kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, everything was clean, and the bathrooms were wonderful! This unit was equally convenient to elevators, pools, and parking. We were close to lots of restaurants and area attractions, and the accessibility to the beach was good. This ended up being a much different vacation from what we had planned (we were booked in a quieter location on the east coast but had to make a change at the last minute because of Hurricane Ian) - but it was a great substitute.
