Location, Location, Location! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Less than a 3 min walk to the beach! Walking distance to many restaurants and experiences. This unit has a Queen bed with a separate storage room that is equipped with its own washer/dryer and full size fridge! This studio has its own private backyard with a grill, perfect for lazy mornings or relaxing afternoons! Walking distance to Downtown Fort Walton Beach that hosts bars, restaurants and yoga!
The space
Right across from the beach, in a quaint quiet complex where you never have to get back in your car! Spend your day Out of summer traffic and on the white sand beach of the Emerald Coast! This studio is perfect for a couple or a single traveler. It's the size of a large hotel room, but has a full kitchen, a beautiful backyard with a bistro table, 2 adirondacks with drink holders, a grill and string lights for ambiance. Equipped with absolutely everything you need and a 3 minute walk to the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The interior was completely renovated in 2021, boasts granite countertops, brand new flooring, flat screen smart tv, super wifi, and a separate storage room with a full washer/dryer, full refrigerator and plenty of storage to keep anything you need for the Beach! If this unit looks too small, or you are looking for something a tad bigger but love this location...check out my other listing at Unit #10 or Unit # 1, same complex but is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4, 5 with a small child.
