This updated, second-floor condo is located at the extremely popular Island Echos Condominiums in Fort Walton Beach, just six miles from Destin, south of Emerald Coast Highway 98\. You won't believe your views of sunrise and sunset from the condo balcony! It is easy to access the beach (10 yards) and the Gulf-front pool (heated seasonally). Besides the great pool, there is a lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, shared grills, a party room, and the fabulous beach of Okaloosa Island! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Now for a little more detail on this gorgeous condo. This tastefully furnished beach-style suite can comfortably accommodate up to two guests and includes a washer/dryer with tile floors throughout. The kitchen is modern and open to the living area with granite countertops, a glass tile backsplash, a side-by-side refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils. The suite includes two cable-connected HDTVs with DVD players and access to over 100 channels. The living room area console contains a combination radio/CD player, an iPod adapter, and a new 60-inch smart TV. The bedroom is Gulf-front, so wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean waves. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31\. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Every thing one could imagine was provided in the 2H condo! This is one of the best if not the best of the condos we looked at. We were there with 36 other couples many of them had there own condo. When they visited with us the common compliment was " boy do we wish we rented this one" 2I was just as nice as 2H and the people who were there are really nice. Loved the place. And we never heard noise of any type from the surrounding rooms. Loved it! Beds were comfortable. Liked the open kitchen. Lots of light bulbs needed replaced and patio door does not lock.
