Spanning 1,250 square feet, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two brand new full-sized beds. The living area is designed for relaxation, with ample seating and a smart TV, making it the ideal space to unwind after a day on the beach. A sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping options for larger groups.  
Step out onto the private balcony to soak in the sun and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. With direct beach access, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing just steps away. Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)

Starter Amenities:  
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.  
  
Rental Agreement:  
A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on All reservations. It will be emailed separately to you. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.

The condo was very clean. Also came stocked with all the things needed to make your stay comfortable. The pool and beach access is impeccable. Especially with small children and lots of beach gear. We will continue to back for years to come.

It was actually Excellent PLUS. WE Love to vacation in the Gulf Area and usually around Okaloosa Beach Area. At least for the last 8-10 years we have stayed in this area and Katherine and Chris @ Easy Vacation Services are SUPERB. They have everything ready and Katherine knows what type places we like and that helps us to fine exactly what we are looking for in our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the Beach and the security of leaving and coming back to room.with the electronic number entry.The Condo was so roomy, and comfortable. No noise and met new friends while visiting. We always call EVS when we plan to be in the area. I like working with people I can trust and they are also very helpful and All the T's are Crossed and the I"s dotted. We will be back as long as we can deal.with Katherine or Chris. AGAIN, Thank you for making our stays so (EASY).
