Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B420 is decorated with warm tones of greens and reds and offers many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit has a quaint dining nook with seating for four people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, twin bunk beds, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ornate headboard, private bath, TV mounted on the wall, DVD player, and a spacious closet. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. The bed was comfortable, super excited on having a weighted blanket in the closet! It had great lighting, all the amenities I needed, great view overlooking the pool and you can see the beach, there's actually a mirror in the living room if you stand in the kitchen you could see the ocean in it! Only thing it was lacking a little bit was cooking supplies/utensils and not having any basic salt, pepper, spices which was fine for me, but could potentially be a slight problem for someone else depending on how much cooking you do. The ice machine and water from the fridge wasn't working, but luckily we didn't need ice and bought water bottles. The property was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer. The king size bed was comfy and the AC was excellent! I wish I’d known there were only the TP hanging on the roll. The carpet in the family room is due for a change but that’s the only thing that seemed dirty. The resort overall was nice, clean but very busy. The stress involved in getting your “included” beach chairs and umbrella as well as pool chairs was a pain and in direct opposition to my need to relax. Was told it would be fixed and it wasn’t. The dryer was rusty on the door and would not dry our clothes. Multiple handles on the cabinets were loose that I had to fix and shower and sink handles as well. Feel like we should be compensated somehow. Would never stay I. Resort is wonderful . The only negative is people wake up at 6 and get in line to reserve beach chairs that they don’t even occupy half the day and also put towels on chairs at the pool so they are taking up chairs in both places. You can see the gulf from the patio so that was a plus. The only downside was the dryer did not work so our towels and such could not dry quickly. We were able to check-in by text since we arrived a little late and check-out was just as easy. The views from the balcony were wonderful - all 3 pools and the ocean. Even finding a close spot in the parking garage was easy. We love staying at Waterscape but this was a first for this unit. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. The condo was nice inside however, the carpet had just gotten cleaned the morning we checked in and was soaking wet for TWO DAYS with extra fans inside the unit. So annoying! It smelled like wet dog too. I had to go but air fresheners to mask the awful smell while the carpet dried. On top of that, the lady River was under construction and we weren’t able to use it. No one ever communicated this to us! We would’ve booked somewhere else had we know this. We probably won’t be back to this property. ##### Sarah S.
