Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The quaint bar top table in the dining room graciously seats four. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. It was a decent place to stay and in a good location. It’s a lengthy walk to get from the parking garage to the main door of the condo and it was a little tricky to navigate at first. The parking garage is also a little tight. Larger vehicles seemed to have a tough time maneuvering through the garage. We rented a small SUV and the parking was tight. Some of the furniture in the condo was more updated than what is shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. It does need some maintenance but not terrible for a rental. It is only a short walk to the beautiful beach and there is a water view from the balcony. What I wish we would’ve know that is not described in the listing is the proximity to the kiddie pool. The noise was a bit much at times; not as relaxing as we hoped. We couldn’t believe the amount of little kids at this complex! There is a also large fountain at the kid’s pool next to the balcony, which was very loud and runs from 8am - 10pm. If you have little kids this is a great place. If you are looking for a peaceful adult getaway where you want to relax at the beach or pool, I do not recommend. The beach service is a nice perk and convenient if you don’t have the option to being your own beach chairs, but the beach was crowded. The unit looks much better in person than in pictures (has been painted and some furniture has been updated). It was our first trip to Waterscape and my kids (10, 6, 3) loved every minute of it. They ran from pool to pool every day, along with several trips to the beach. We were there mid October and the weather was low 70s-low 80s. We found out the heater for the upper pool was broken, so my kids shivered between pools and trips to the hot tub. Also, there are 2 hot tubs, but one was closed the 4 days we were there. Needless to say, the 1 operating hot tub stayed packed. Speaking of facility closures, 1-2 of the elevators closest to A320 were down throughout the week. Fortunately my crew was ok with taking the stairs for just 2 flights. The room itself was super clean on arrival. Absolutely no complaints there. There were literally 10-15 clean towels between the 2 bathrooms, which was so nice! The water pressure was fantastic. Plentiful cookware for the basics. King bed was comfy with thick memory foam topper. Areas to improve on: Need more pillows. There were 2 super flat king size pillows on the bedroom bed and 2 spare standard size pillows in the closet, but only 1 pillow case. The hall toilet was wobbly. No plastic cups/plates for kids. No food storage with lids (other than glass casserole dishes). Bathroom fans sound like jet planes. Overall we were very happy! ##### Katie R. Room A320 is wonderful. Beautiful beach themed decorations. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic kitchen necessities. I absolutely love the bunk area. They are tucked away so that we could use the kitchen in the morning without waking the kids. I also enjoyed having 2 bathrooms so our girls could have their own space. Both bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The washer and dryer are fabulous perks. I didn’t think I would want to wash cloths, but we did a load every day (not many dirty cloths to bring home). The only things that we found to be missing is a hair dryer and it would be nice if the patio had a table where you could dine outside. We had some friends staying in another condo that we would split meals with. It was nice to send the kids outside to eat, but missed a table. There are 4 plastic chairs and an end table on the patio which are nice. ##### Susan S. Very nice condo, with a nice view. Enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony, overlooking one of the three pools. Very nice layout of the 1 bedroom, with two full baths (1 bath had a large shower, no tub). We will be back again!!! ##### Mark R. You can see from the balcony partial ocean view since some of the palm trees are blocking the view. This room did NOT have a hair dryer nor 1 time use laundry detergent packet. It also did not have sufficient cooking pots/pans in the kitchen. The ones they did have were aluminum only which made all food burn and stick. It did have dish washer detergent. We were also only provided 1 trash bag in the kitchen. We frequently stay at the Waterscape and love the resort and beach! ##### Azra J. Stayed in the same unit the past 3 years. It’s clean and has a nice view of the gulf. It’s close to the beach and pools. Everything is pretty much taken care of for you.
