This professionally decorated home was a recent model home and is appointed with the many upgrades you would expect in a model – custom cabinetry, pine hardwood floors, custom lighting, and premium fixtures to name a few. "Sunkissed" comfortably sleeps 8 guest in 4 bedrooms. There are 2 Master suites both with King beds and private baths with walk in showers, a Guest suite with a Queen bed shares a large bath with the Bunk room that has built-in twin over twin beds. All bedroom suites feature premium bedding/linens and smart TV’s. The first floor features an open floor plan, great for gathering after a day at the beach. The well equipped kitchen complete with granite counter-tops, high end stainless steel appliances, and both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker. Trips to the beach are easy and quick in the 6 person, street legal golf cart or jump on one of the 4 bikes for the less than 1 mile ride along the beach trail to the San Juan Beach access. The listing description doesn't due it justice. The kids will love the direct access across from the pool. On a corner lot with the state park directly behind, the home has a very private feel. The size (4 bedrooms) was spacious for 2 families, we loved your multiple sitting areas, TVs and porches. The property was clean and very refreshed. Everyone enjoyed the golf cart, nothing like heading to the beach, store or many restaurants in your very own 7 passenger cart. You can walk or cart to the beach and multiple restaurants. Within 10 minutes you can get to the heart of all of 30A. The owner is experienced with a long track record and year over year following. You can count on us for re-visiting for years to come. Home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully appointed. Directly across from the pool so it was easy to go back and forth. Brand new 6 seat golf cart made the less than 1 mile trip to beach easy. Really enjoyed evenings on the top front screened porch.
