The property was clean, updated, staff was excellent! I would recommend a stay here any day just don’t stay next door at travel lodge… that place was a nightmare

Really a good value for the money. The place is clean. Staff is friendly, furnishings are in good shape. My only suggestions for improvement, there is no working elevator for the 2nd floor. Only way to get there is to walk a long way to the end of the building and walk up to the 2nd floor through a dingy stair case. The breakfast, while glad to have could be improved. A few simple things: some condiments for the eggs, like hot sauce or cheese would help, the waffle machine is popular, but there’s only one and quite a long weight to get to your turn. The coffee is disappointing, and the only choice was to use very small paper cups for serving.

Run for the hills!!!!
I got to the hotel and all seemed fine. Check in was a joke because they put me (handicapped) on the second floor because that’s where “all the double rooms ware” but I have difficulty navigating stairs but she wouldn’t let me use their “elevator”. She said she tried to put us in a first floor room but the computer wouldn’t let her because they wouldn’t allow for three people to stay in the room but the person in front of me was allowed to stay in a first floor room with three people. I FINALLY get to the top of the steps just to find the fire door is BROKEN and I can’t get through it. When I do make it to my room and turn down the bed there is garbage between the sheets. There was no hot water for my bath or shower the next morning. And while breakfast wasn’t great it was about the only thing that was good about this hotel. The front desk girl when told about the fire door at the top of the steps simply told her she would put in a work order for it, IT’S A FIRE HAZARD!!! This hotel from start to finish was a complete disaster.

My main focus is the excessive use of harsh chemicals and lack of effort to ensure toxins will be well rid of before guest enters the room, this causing irritation in the eyes and nose with shortness of breath making enjoying sleep nearly impossible.

The top floor smelled like mildew and mold . Like they flooded the top floor and left it . The smell never went away . It’s only on the second floor . The lady at the front desk turned us away bc we aren’t 25 however on the website it says we need to be 21 which we are . We then had to call a family member 30 minutes away to help check us in . I then found on your website it states to be 21 to check in
