Honestly, it was above my expectations considering possible consequences after last year hurricane. We liked cleanliness, staff, breakfast, adult pool (it wasn't adult only),hot tub. I guess the fact that gulf waters are super shallow there is out of hotel hands. Elevators probably need some tuning...........Thank you.

Excellent place to stay for a beach vacation. Easy access to the beach and the towel machines are perfect. Included breakfast had plenty of options and changed each day. Rooms were spacious and loved being able to open the screened in patio doors and let the air in without worrying about bugs

This is a beautiful hotel. They are still finishing up after the recent hurricane. Most things are up and running. The elevators are slow because some are used for construction. The construction is barely noticeable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The resort has recovered nicely from the hurricane, much quicker than others. Nearly everything was complete but one pool area which should be open end of April. If you have kids, can’t do much better than Pink Shell. Amazing experience and definitely want to return. They had a power outage out of their control that took longer than expected. It didn’t impact our day at all and they were still able to pivot and offer free dinner buffet to all guests that same night.

The staff is AMAZING!! The rooms are large clean and beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful we love the resort. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the pool and beach. Having kayaks and paddle boards down by the beach was fun too. They still have lots of construction going on around the property and they have trouble with the elevators but that is nobody’s fault it just takes time to rebuild and get everything back to perfect. We had a great time!

We had never been to Ft Myer’s Beach. This was just amazing. Every single staff member from the valet, to housekeeping, to front desk and beyond was so helpful and nice. We are already planning our trip back!

The room was great, very clean and wonderful view of the ocean. The property is beachfront. My biggest complaint about the resort is related to food options. Bongo’s restaurant is very slow with service and the quality of food is poor. We sat down and were told the food would take at least 45 minutes. The breakfast place was okay. The property definitely needs to enhance its food options. There wasn’t anywhere to go on property to buy snacks or water. The downtown area is walkable and can also be reached by a free tram that circles by around every thirty minutes. I would absolutely return to this hotel even with its flaws in dining options. The beachfront location and clean rooms were a huge plus. The pools are also very warm.

What a beautiful resort. I felt like I was on a Caribbean Island. The staff were exceptional from the front deck to the bartenders. Chairs and umbrella were readily available to guests. We enjoyed eating at Bongos and Rae’s. Sunset views from our lanai were breathtaking. I can’t wait to return

Beautiful property. The area is still trying to recover from Hurricane Ian, but the staff are awesome with expected construction noise. Only issue was a broken elevator with only 1 of 3 working. We were one of the top floors and so only 1 elevator in service wasn’t ideal.

We had a great experience at the Pink Shell. The resort is has come back but is still working to bring back all the amenities, Definitely the bright spot in the area though. The rooms were top notch and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area is still struggling to come back from the hurricane but the Pink Shell has made large strides to bring life back to the area. Already planning our next trip!

It felt like home… but with palm trees! A wonderful place that has everything you could want! Staff was exceptional! Property was immaculate! Food was exceptional! One thing I will suggest… it would be nice if there were snacks available in the gift shop or a vending machine (bags of chips, cookies, candy, etc …) We can’t wait to go back to the Pink Shell!

We had the BEST family vacation staying at the Pink Shell! The room/view was great, the pool was heated which was perfect for my 4 year old (and us), and the access to the beach was all we could ask for. We definitely want to go back!
