We have stayed here several times since my daughter has attended FGCU College. It’s easy to get to, there is always plenty of parking. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, lounge and bar area are always very clean and have great food and drinks. The rooms are clean, comfortable and there’s the perfect amount of space for 4 people. It’s very relaxing after a long day. We highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and the entry way is beautiful. Staff was excellent from all aspects. The rooms were immaculate. The showers could probably use an upgrade and the food we had was okay but beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, lots of places to eat, pretty centrally located. Would stay again.

It’s very nice, easy drive from the airport, clean. I’d recommend requesting a room not facing the highway. Breakfast was tasty.

Paying Crowne prices for a Holiday Inn. Literally. It was a Holiday Inn with some revamping. Place is clean enough but at 3 am there was incessant knocking on the surrounding doors followed by people coming out and just chilling loudly outside our room.

I really liked this property. Newly upgraded. The pool is on the shady side of the building unfortunately and the hot tub didn’t get very hot. Overall I would stay here again. Very clean and the staff are very accommodating/welcoming.

Jefferson at the front desk was sweet and personable. Food was excellent and bartenders were friendly! There's zero sun in the back of the hotel so we couldn't sit by the pool or hot tub. We tried from 8am until 6pm and needed to sit on a bench in front of the hotel. Room was very clean each day.

Tranquil Bliss: A Post-Christmas Escape at Crowne
I recently enjoyed a post-Christmas getaway at Crowne Plaza. The exceptional service and quiet rooms made our stay truly relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere for quality time with my husband. Highly recommended for a peaceful escape.

Really liked the staff and the renovated rooms were great. The only small negative…you could hear the neighbouring room through the adjoining door.

Almost Crown Plaza.
Adam, mgr. was exceptional.. He would be a good " trainer" for customer relations. The hotel is a " crown Plaza lite", seemed to need new frunature in our room. We really liked the bkft. offering. Where were the Christmas decorations??

Love this hotel and will totally stay here again! Such a great staff, great location and love that there is a Chick-fila nearby!!! Breakfast was really nice as well.

Arrived very late and went straight to bed. Was then woken regularly by frequent mechanical noises. Also continual coughing from room through the connecting door. Very poor soundproofing. Easily the worst nights sleep Ive had in a hotel. Room itself very tired and in need of refurb.
