the property was very nice no problems the only thing i did not like was they bill my credit card for 20.00 when i checked out i said there is no charge for anything on my credit card and when we got home there was 20.00 charge

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. It was extremely well set up for someone in a wheelchair. No rugs, room to maneuver around, refrigerator that was easy to get to and open, mirror at wheelchair height, and other small touches that made our stay enjoyable. The staff at the desk were also friendly and very helpful. The only negative we encountered was there were metal pieces that were intended to keep the mattress in place that were sticking out from the bed. These were treacherous to someone walking and made maneuvering a wheelchair to the bed difficult.

All was good. I did see a bug in our room. Possibly a roach but I killed it. Very friendly place to stay other than that. We were only there 2 nights.

It was good until 8:30 am there was a knock on the door and it was the maintenace man. Said he was there to repair a lamp that supposedly didnt work. He came in and saw my husband still he bed and said he'd come back later. U mean to tell me no one checked to see the room was occupied.

Happy Birthday Visit
The stay was great. The hotel is a bit older and you can tell its in the process of a facelift. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was great with a variety of options for eating healthier. It was the perfect location as well. 1mile from my granddaughter that was turning 1.

Great experience
We decided to stay here at the last minute. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who checked me in. She was awesome. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable.

I was extremely happy with this hotel. Room/common rooms were clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and the beds were comfortable! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area.
