Great for the price. We will go back. Ft Myers Beach is quite unique in its shape and possible distance to anything. This property should have better access to after hour snacks. The only thing i can think of thats annoying was having to bag up linens and towels and do the dishes before checking out. Ugh.

These are time share units that are managed. Furniture in the unit I stayed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard on my back. Also had palmetto bugs inside the unit. Nice pool, but very noisy all day and evening with kids screaming. Overpriced for what you get. Had friends staying across the street in a condo that was larger, much, much nicer with a better view and a balcony. Cost $50 less a night. Guess where I will go next time.

It was so beautiful there. Just a quick walk to the beach and you are in Paradise. Perfect for what we were looking for accessible to everything. We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you to the wonderful staff fir helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

Besides the location, I loved the pool area. Room was clean, new a/c units and shower. Room view was spectacular! Living room furnishing could use an update but overall, room had everything we needed. Friendly staff!

Small, timeshare apartment on the beach.
Location is good, great pool and spa. You do have to walk over a small bridge area over a (sometimes) lagoon, but it's not a bad walk. Did see a pink spoonbill, and a bald eagle sitting there! Nice additions like feet washing stations, popsicles on Friday, real good pool-side music once a week too. Very friendly staff at all times. The actual place is getting a little worn, but it is clean and was comfortable for the two of us.

Steps away from a very quiet beautiful beach! That being said, I was there off season. Straight ahead, lovely inn...great balcony views. Well stocked kitchen with full fridge. Humble furnishing, but everything was in good shape. Great spot for family beach trip

A wonderful location on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach was very clean, with dunes and vegetation. The pool was very clean. Our room overlooked the beach. Staff were very friendly. It was quiet.

The LeeTran beach trolly went up and down the road in from of the hotel. A cheap and fun way to get to shopping and different areas of the beach.

Dirty. Underwhelming. A complete disappointment. Rundown. Didn’t want to use anything too dirty. Upsetting experience. Paid for the view which was absolutely beautiful from the screened in balcony although the rusty chairs were dirty and cigarette smoke from other guests was overwhelming. Proximity to beach was excellent. Accommodations one star. Staff person pleasant we didn’t have it in us to tell her how disappointed we were. Not recommended at all.

Do not waist your money in this hotel
There was nobody at the office on Sunday at 3:00 pm to do the check in, and never let me know they close the office at 2:00 pm. Air conditioners are installed up in the wall close to the ceiling and they are so dirty that you can take a layer of dirt from them and use it like a blanket, and all the dirtiness, on pieces, was going down to the sofa, I tried to fix the window on one of the AC the first day, and the pieces of dirt went to one of my eye and hurt my eye; the following nigth my eye was extremely painful, red, sewlling and I had blurred vision. My eye got hurt since the second night, and I could not enjoy my stay due to the extremely poor maintenance and cleaning conditions. The day the set up for linen change, you have to call or go to the office 3-4 times for them to bring clean linen in a bag. The shower was very dirty, and the toilett seat broken. The space in the room is so small that I will say you can hardly and uncmfortably accomodate 2 people but never 4 as they said; we were just 2 people. The only good thing was the beach, but we had to check out 2 days ahead of the booked time due to my sick eye and the uncmfortable room. In my opinion the hotel is not worth at all what they charge. They should update it, maintain it, and clean it. We will never visit this hotel again

This was a timeshare which I never used. we only stayed for a few days and opted not to have a car. I think if you were there for an extended time you would benefit more as it was an equipped apartment. There were restaurants walking distance but needed a car for grocery store. The pool was nice and was on the beach. The employees were friendly as were the guests. I would definitely stay here again but if looking for a hotel with hotel services, this was not the place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was busy when we arrived but still extremely clean and I witnessed multiple staff throughout each day of our stay walking the property. The room was spacious, clean, and had ample supplies.

Very nice hotel but from what we could find is the elevator only services 1/2 the second floor. Maybe we just didn’t find the secret way and we didn’t ask. Other than that everything was great and very clean.
