Nightmare 1 night stay! First the lock would not work with keys. Was given new keys and then had staff come try. Wouldn’t work so they gave new keys once again and didn’t work. Was told maintenance would check it. He was rude so I was rude back after extreme frustration with the staff. Maintenance guy threatened me and then found that his master key didn’t work either. No apology and they changed our room. About midnight someone tried to open our door twice. Front desk called us to ask why we were in that room lol. Because they moved us there and didn’t enter into computer. Spoke to manager in the morning and she basically said she believed the staff and that was that. She was also rude as soon as she walked to me. My sisters room had broken tv and no soap at all. Dirty everywhere from elevators to moldy bathrooms. Absolute nightmare and no blame excepted by staff.

Check in was easy. We had a hard time getting the door to open, once we did we vacuumed sealed all the bugs from the outside in with us. There were suspicious large red spots on the carpet that looked like blood. The bed had two flat sheets and no blankets. The outside balcony was nice. Great view of water. Tv worked.

Charged a deposit of $250. for no reason. Coffee make missing pieces and did not work and TV channels were limited.

Don’t stay here!!! Plus the 250 deposit they hold for 6 day is not worth it . My review was long but Expedia took it down .

View on the water was great. Room was clean but a little run down. The light didn’t work in the bathroom while we were getting ready to leave. Doors and windows loose.

Nice water views, overall hotel was clean but dated. We had cold showers two of our days but understand repairs can be unavoidable.

It needs a lot of repairs, carpet, bathroom, etc. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was great. That's about all we can say.

We have been coming for years. The view is great, the area is good for food and pretty centralized to everything and it’s laid back. They could be updated a little bit but all in all it’s a great place.
