Located in a secure gated private country club community with 18 hole golf course, This is a privately owned condo, Only allows minimum 30 day rentals, no daily, no weekly rentals. Tenants must complete a Leasing Form for the Condo Association that manages the building. Condo is ground floor, faces west with daily sunsets, 1 assigned parking space in front of unit, storage unit next to parking space for beach chairs and toys.
