Harbour House at the Inn is a unique condominium hotel on Fort Myers Beach. Unit 306 is a third floor corner suite with 1-bedroom, 1-bath. The colorful Key West-style decor inside the condo compliments the outside balcony which offers a view overlooking the Bay and seating for four. The unique location of Harbour House and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! It is two blocks from Times Square and the pier, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. There are seven miles of white, sugar sand beaches, restaurants too numerous to count, and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, etc. are just steps away. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus Harbour House is situated such that it provides convenient access to and from the mainland. This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful wood flooring. The kitchen includes all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a glasstop range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area seats four, and the living area has a queen-size sleeper-sofa. A flat-screen smart TV is included in the living area as well as in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, chest of drawers, and large closet. The corner balcony can be accessed from either the bedroom or the living area. A washer/dryer is included in this unit. Harbour House’s second floor amenities include a beautiful pool/hot tub, a spacious outdoor deck with lounge chairs and umbrella tables, a community room with full kitchen, and an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment.
