What about BBQ? Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, pots, and pans. The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and has an ice maker. We also have a BBQ on property for you to enjoy (filled propane tank if provided free of cost). We simply ask that you clean the grill after use for the next guests. The home is also equipped with a single cup keurig, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. Is the home suitable for children? Absolutely! There is plenty of space to sleep multiple families and a child proof fence preventing unsupervised entrance into the pool and intracoastal. We have even equipped the master bedroom with a crib with infants/toddlers! What about outside? Is there ample seating? Yes! There is a cushioned couch patio set which seats 6, a small table with 4 chairs along with a outdoor dining table and 10 chairs. There is also a bar with 3 barstools. Plenty of seating for everyone! What about the TV situation? We have 4 TVs, one located in the family room, Master bedroom, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 with Rokus attached to them allowing you to stream any networks you subscribe to! The pictures and description of the house were all very accurate. And I believe the location was great as the Lauderdale By The Sea "downtown" is within a mile and perfect for both the adults and kids. We had an amazing time in Fort Lauderdale at Lisa’s home. The house is beautiful, plenty of bedrooms / space. The pool and outside area has a gorgeous view of the water and plenty of seating (we had a party of 13). Lisa was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, she was even able to give us an earlier check in. Would 100% recommend and come back anytime! ##### Alexa B. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and view of the canal were fantastic. Our host arranged to have a high chair and beach toys available for our little one which was nice. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not working properly which did get fixed during our stay. Other than that issue, we had a wonderful time. ##### Diana H. Great pool. Pool heater wasn’t working, but owner was quick to try to correct that. Only thing I could say negatively was that it was advertised to have a hot tub which was not functional. Lisa was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the process and after the fact when we accidentally left a few articles of clothing. She was on top of having them shipped to me.
