It was a perfect choice! The location can't be beat- you can walk to everything and the entire area is fun and inviting. The efficiency was everything we needed. The onlyl negative was the slight musty odor that we believe comes from the wall AC unit. It is very much in need of clearning to remove what appears to be mold. The wireless is super slow. The twin bed is hard as a rock. You can hear strange people walking by.
