This is a thoughtfully designed one bedroom apartment on the second floor of a luxury townhouse complex. it features a comfortable working space with a desk and wonderful lighting, as well as fully equipped kitchenette.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will have access to the entire unit.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
The home is located in desirable Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, only a few blocks away from popular family friendly beaches and many local shops and restaurants. You'll find everything you need here to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation under the Florida sun.  
  
Getting Around:  
There are many great places within walking distance, including the beach. For longer trips into Fort Lauderdale, it is recommended to travel by car; rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available.
