Do not book, read this first. First and foremost, not for children. This place has extended stay and most people seem to live there. If marijuana smell bothers you, don't stay here, it was being smoked freely on the property. The rooms are smelly of cigarettes, mildew, cannabis smoking, and just overall unpleasant oders. The corridors around the rooms are so dirty, I preferred to carry my 18lb dog instead of letting him walk on those floors. I wouldn't even stay here as a pit stop to shower. One of the people in my party is asthmatic and couldn't be in either of the rooms that I was given. Overall the property feels unsafe and unhealthy. We asked for a refund and left. I'm still waiting for my refund. The front desk clerk Antonio is very profesional and was very kind, he is the best part of that place. The immediate surrounding area is good, there are lots of places to shop.

We've stayed at the same hotel few years ago, it was great with good service and the rooms were all in nice condition. We booked this hotel again to stay a night prior to our cruise trip. When we arrived at hotel at 9pm, the front desk n door are both closed. There is no door bell or phone to call the front desk. We had to turn on our data romaing to call the hotel. Finally, few minutes later, someone came to help us with check-in process. The room condition is bad. The AC blows old and semlly air that made us feel sick the next day. There is no phone in the room to call front desk or house keeping either. With three people stay in the room, they only provide one set of towels and no shampoo, soap or conditioner either. We have to walk to the front desk and finally got someone there to give us those. I also saw few cockroaches around the washroom and fridge areas. Overall experience during this stay was poor. Don't think we would come back again.

The property is old and worn down, the pictures are not current. Someone had stolen the tv from the room, didn't get one until 2nd day, didn't work until 3rd day. Mini fridge had broke seal, overnight defrosted icebox and leaked all over the floor, I pulled a leg muscle when I slipped in the water. Sheets were dirty, light switch inside door was not even close to being building code accepted (outdoor light switch box held to door frame by two brackets), visible patch jobs on ceiling, dirty walls, worn surface of bathtub, pot smoked outside of room pulled in by air conditioner, overall the place needs a remodel. Staff was accommodating and authorized a refund that I need to get from Expedia.

The room smelled like ammonia with the air conditioner on. The walls were bruised. The bathroom ceiling had mold. The mini fridge and microwave were cheap. There was no phone in the room to even call the front desk. You can hear footsteps a little and chairs moving on the floor in the room above you. The toilet was clean. The bathroom sink was clean. The bed was clean. The floor was clean. The TV was decent with limited channels ( there was blank channels in between switching). The best part of the whole experience was the hot water from the shower. All in all I won't stay here again. Only worth it for a very quick stay. You get what you pay for I guess.

By far the worst hotel I have ever booked. I was there no more than 20 minutes and requested a refund which was guaranteed by the front desk agent. Now I am being told a refund cannot be issued due to their policy. The place was moldy, the toilet had urine on the seat. There appeared to be drug dealers on the property and when I my husband and I were leaving we saw police walking around the place while holding on to their gun. I had to book another hotel for my trip. I will NEVER recommend Hotolos Hotel.

It was disgusting. Their was mud all over the floor. The bathroom had hair in the tubs, dirt on the walls and you can tell it wasnt clean. I couldnt ecen shower there. The room smelled really bad. The beds were dirty. It was the worst room i ever stayed in and i will never go back there.

We reserved a room on Expedia and then when we showed up the hotel staff claimed that they did not have a reservation for us. After several HOURS of calling Expedia and trying to work it out the hotel offered us their “last” room at an inflated price. This hotel is disgusting and I’m sure we were not the first or the last customer that they have treated this way. Stay away from this place!

Tons of people hanging outside the doors being loud. I was told to punch check and I would have a king bed and got two extra large twin beds. Looks like the door was kicked in on one side and the security door was broken. I am not happy whatsoever.

Me and my wife checked in only to find a roach infested room! We literally had roaches crawling out of our pillowcases. Then to make matters worse we initially booked the room for four days. They charged us for the first day and we weren’t even there two minutes. We ended up having to sleep in the car the first night because we could not find a hotel and management and staff. There were very unresponsive and very rude about giving us a full refund.

Had to go back to the desk 3 times to get a key to work on my room. Ended up telling me the wrong room. Wasted an hour of my time walking in circles. Staff was great trying to figure it out! Just annoying.

Although the property was clean it was extremeky run down. The water faucet ran all night. We couldn't turn it off completely. The blow dryer didnt work and the people above us were having sex. Thankfully, it was quiet throughout the night. However, we heard people talking before falling aslerp at midnight. The walls are paper thing.

We did not find accomodations met our expections. We stayed here in 2020. Rooms needed upgrading tben. Doesn't appear anything significant has been done to upgrade them. No longer provide breakfast. This is something we are accustomed to in US and find convenient. Breakfast at nearby restaurant was 30.00 for 2 of us. They no longer provide shuttle to/from airport or cruise trrminal. Cab from airport was 30.00. We have cancelled our reservation afterr return from our cruise and will try out Hilton next door. Hilton provides breakfast and shuttle to/from airport. Also shuttle to/from cruise terminal at cost of 20.00 per person. Cost at Hilton is greater but we hope it will end our trip on a pleasant note.

You basically get what you pay for. For ~$100 per night you get a room, with a microwave and a fridge. No kettle. The property was dated and in need of multiple repairs, cleaning and a paint job. Our room came with toiletries but no handsoap. The hairdryer didn't work, the toilet didn't refill on its own after flushing- needed manual intervention and the extractor fan didn't work. The blinds over the windows made the room look and feel very cheap. The area felt unsafe. While we escalated the concerns about the room to the staff it took 3 days of begging before we could get someone to come check- turned out there is electrical issues with the unit. The extractor was never fixed, and the toilet internals were adjusted but was still working intermittently. At night there were also questionable characters roaming around. Some guests with pets did not clean up after their dogs, so during the day you could see poop in the paths. The pool was not appealing. So what this place has going for it 1) location- it was walking distance to department stores and food places. 2) The front desk staff were courteous and also tried their best to accommodate questions and concerns, but you could see that they were limited in terms of impact.

The pictures of this property is misleading information. The door lock was broken and it was noticeable that was broken by forcing the door, several holes on the wall inside the room, the bathroom was disgusting and mold all over. The front desk lady was very rude and not interested in help. Stay away from this place. I went to the hotel next door to find a room and i was told by front desk that happens everyday, people spends no more than one night on this Hotolos place.
