Walked all over to restaurants shopping misc venue. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The scenic Riverwalk is very close & I used it every day. Also a great place for dog owners. Big yard & parks literally across the street. The area is very dog friendly. We've stayed at dozens of VRBO sites around the country. Whenever we travel, we use VRBO. Comparing Oliver to the other 3 dozen proprietors We've met, Oliver blows them all away with his helpfulness, attentiveness, and response time. This is probably the kindest and fun host I have ever had. The beds were comfortable, the location was easy to find, and plenty of towels were provided. While the overall house was cleanly, the furniture had a bit of a foot smell that was not superrrr enjoyable. We also were a bit disappointed as the listing said a hairdryer was provided but upon arrival there was not one we could find. The location in Ft. Lauderdale was great and the area is quiet, safe, and private. Overall can’t give it quite 5 stars, but was a good stay. ##### Joanna E. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The pictures are not up to date as the vegetation around the cottage is much more overgrown than shows in the picture. Having to manually open and close the large gate was a little annoying but did make it more private. There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would probably stay there again. ##### Cay J.
